A bank or treasury analyst opens a source-dated institution/funding research companion next to their entitled terminal. Existing browser and FDC3 evidence-inspector assets can demonstrate the workflow while the supported Bloomberg admission route is established.

## Remaining gate

Current Bloomberg program confirmation and an entitled pilot sponsor are required before any native implementation or listing claim. The old App Portal brochures are insufficient evidence that new applications are accepted.

A [Delta One-issued release dated 8 July 2026](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/delta-one-launches-enhanced-desktop-platform-and-ensures-seamless-transition-ahead-of-bloomberg-app-portal-sunset-302820206.html) stated Bloomberg would sunset the third-party App Portal on 15 September 2026. This is first-party evidence of that partner's transition, not a Bloomberg onboarding policy document. Consequently, the older app_portal@bloomberg.net contact from the 2022 brochure is historical and must be reconfirmed. Do not submit a legacy APPS application based on that brochure alone.
