## Proposed recurring use

Proposed resident task: a fintech team retrieves five source-cited funding observations, saves a research note, and repeats on a second date. Public fair-use interfaces are the initial evaluation surface. Private keys, expanded quotas, six-month access commitments and source redistribution terms require a separately scoped agreement.

No dataset sample grants rights over unrelated sources. Customer counts, revenue, certifications, SLA commitments and named reference clients are not established by this packet.

Read-only public searches did not establish a new provider listing. Search absence is not evidence of rejection. The existing ledger and receipt remain the authoritative submission evidence; authenticated account or email readback is still needed for a new approval state.
