## Proposed recurring use

Use the standalone reference-FX companion beside MetaTrader now. A future native utility would display dated reference context while retaining the distinction from broker quotes.

The downloadable sample is limited to four ECB EUR reference-FX series. Broader LiquiLens institution and Undertow liquidity tools are separate source-bound research services. No dataset sample grants rights over unrelated sources. Customer counts, revenue, certifications, SLA commitments and named reference clients are not established by this packet.

## Remaining gate

Native MQL5/MQL4 implementation, compilation, terminal/validation testing, seller identity and Market agreement. Market rules restrict external links/promotional panels and third-party licensing/update systems; the browser-link companion cannot simply be submitted as a Market product. No compiled native utility was created in this pass.

A compliant design must resolve source attribution within Market rules, keep public input access independent of off-platform paid licensing, and pass the actual terminal workflow. The rules allow free products but still require a genuine native product and seller review.

A useful first evaluation is one dated note retained by an independent analyst. A second-day return and the analyst's assessment of usefulness are tracked separately from a successful request or an accepted listing.
