Informational service
Financial Evidence is read-only research infrastructure. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or credit advice; a security recommendation; a credit rating; an execution quote; or a guarantee. You remain responsible for evaluating evidence and decisions made from it.
Availability and accuracy
The service is provided as available and without warranties. Public sources may be delayed, revised, incomplete, restricted, unavailable, or incorrect. Missing evidence is not evidence of zero risk or calm, and no output should be the sole basis for a financial decision.
Permitted use
You may use the service lawfully and may not attempt to bypass access controls, source restrictions, rate limits, or security protections; interfere with the service; misrepresent provenance; or use the service to execute unauthorized financial activity.
Rights and responsibility
The software is available under the MIT License. That license does not grant rights in upstream publishers' data, brands, or content. Source publishers retain their rights and their applicable terms continue to govern. To the extent permitted by law, Liquidity Lab is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.
