For treasury, research and platform teams

Make dollar-funding questions easier to check.

When debt and dollar headlines raise questions, bring the underlying rates, balances and source dates into the review. Start with one useful task in the tools your team already uses.

Public research access requires no account. Check the observation dates and availability shown in the review before using it.

Choose one recurring task

Treasury morning review

Prepare an external funding-context appendix: compare SOFR and IORB on the same date, inspect the SOFR distribution, and retain separate dates for reserves, Treasury cash and facility operations.

Keep your own cash forecast, exposures and decisions in your existing system.

Use the CSV in Excel or Python

Research-platform evidence card

Put a bounded funding observation beside an analyst's existing research. Preserve the source link, unit, observation date, missingness and packet identity when displaying or exporting it.

Begin with an internal evaluation; agree source-specific redistribution rights before serving clients.

Inspect the REST contract

Financial reporting and explainers

Check a funding claim against a dated research edition. Download its chart and data, reproduce the arithmetic and follow the original publisher references.

A historical edition remains historical when reopened.

Match the evidence to the question

QuestionEvidence to examineScope of this workflow
Are overnight dollar-funding conditions changing?SOFR, its upper percentile and volume, IORB, EFFR, reserves, Treasury cash, ON RRP and SRF operations.Seiche's nine-input funding packet, with per-series dates and explicit exceptions. No single composite stress score.
What is happening to U.S. government borrowing?Debt stock, budget flows, issuance and maturity structure.A separate fiscal question. The funding packet's Treasury cash balance is not a debt-stock or debt-sustainability measure.
Is the dollar appreciating or losing reserve share?A specified exchange-rate measure or dated reserve-currency dataset.Separate from short-term funding. This packet does not measure the dollar's broad exchange value or reserve share.
Can a named institution meet withdrawals?Institution-specific liquidity and balance-sheet evidence with known coverage and lags.System funding rates cannot answer this. LiquiLens's disclosure example covers one issuer and historical reporting periods.
What would it cost to exit a market position?Market depth, venue coverage and a specified size and horizon.Undertow supplies separate indicative BTC market-liquidity research where supported; it does not measure Treasury-market depth through this funding packet.

Try it in your existing tools

  1. Open the review, inspect its source dates and exceptions, then select Save evidence packet or Download CSV.
  2. Keep source, unit, observation date and missing-value state beside every number. The JSON packet retains the matching manifest and source notices.
  3. Use Excel, Python or DuckDB, or inspect the notebook and agent integrations. A native platform listing is not required to try the public workflow; each integration lists its own readiness.
  4. For a recurring job, inspect the funding automation kit. Preserve failure and stale-data states; a successful download does not make every input simultaneous.

Agree one useful evaluation

A proposed starting point is two evaluators, ten research tasks and voluntary use on three distinct days within fourteen days. Record the existing process, time spent, source-checking errors and whether the evidence was useful. These are proposed criteria, not reported users or results.
