  • A fixed 8 October funding review, not the latest observation for every instrument.
  • System funding evidence does not measure an individual institution's liquidity or probability of failure.
  • A rate difference alone does not establish rising or falling stress; this brief makes no historical trend claim.
  • Reserve balances are a weekly average for the week ended 7 October; other rows have separate source dates.
  • Archive time begins at first verified capture. This is not complete historical publisher-vintage data.
  • Publisher terms remain attached; chart and API availability do not grant blanket data redistribution rights.

Observation and publisher-release clocks are separate; see the retained provenance record for each input.

  • One selected issuer; not a census or representative bank sample.
  • Historical comparison is read in the July presentation; it is not a backdated publication-vintage dataset.
  • Ratios are displayed at issuer precision; gross and net NPA denominators differ.
  • A falling ratio does not identify recoveries or explain the contribution of provisions, sales, write-offs or loan growth.
  • No live withdrawal, complete counterparty exposure or intraday liquidity evidence is supplied.
  • CET1 and LCR are missing in the selected API projection, not proven absent from all issuer disclosures.
  • The PDF was checked through official-source web text. Direct local downloads returned HTTP 403; its API-reported hash is not independently verified in this run.

Historical comparisons were read in the 31 July 2026 presentation; these are not reconstructed publication-vintage observations.
